I have been to Vietnam ,tried to do business in Vietnam and it was just about impossible.

I hate to rain on the parade but if you want to be successful in conducting business in Vietnam you MUST bribe government and army officials.

The problem is, as an American corporation, that bribing officials in foreign countries is a criminal offence under American law.
