Further to my #164, I note the following for NYSE -
"The New York Stock Exchange has two sets of listing standards for international companies: domestic standards and worldwide standards. Regardless of which standard is used, an international company must have a minimum share price of $4 at time of listing."
[From HTTPS://www.nyse.com/get-started/international/choosing-the-right-listing ]
NASDAQ appears to have a similar rule applied to a peiod of 90 days prior to listing.
This would clearly justify a 50:1 consolidation against my earlier suggestion of 20:1 being preferable or adequate.
The limit for AMEX is $2.00.
