If the ones in red are ECAB then we're looking at another 1 242 631 shares in increased OS over the next few days/weeks.

But one has to wonder if they have the nerve to talk about cash dividends in the 10-K if these are not ECAB shares

I now the answer to that one; YES, by all means. They had the nerve to dangle the TRW-dividend while renogatiating the ECAB-deal, and they had the nerve to talk about pre-IPO and TRW-loan being somewhat imminent. It seems strange that they felt the need to renogatiate the ECAB-deal if that truly was the case.
