People profit from forward splits all the time.

how does one profit from a forward split. a split does not change the value of your holding. but what it does do is increase your OS and and potentially your float.
that in itself is a negative imo..since it will require quite a bit more volume to move the stock. I'm still not convinced this is a forward split. for it to be, you'd have to be trading at that $15 price...meaning the the company would have to open at $15 Oct 30th. This looks to me like a one time dividend.

According to the company the stock is undervalued
according to the company, they will colonize the moon soon as well...

If the 10QSB proves such then what better way to reward shareholders
the financials in the 10k appear to be exactly the same as that in the 8k (it is not a combined filing), which raised more questions than answers. if it is not the combined filing..then is this merger comple? according to rufus a combined 10k followed by an S4 before anything can get done.
lastly, I'm not so certain Benson signed off on this filing...the date above his siggy is dated 10/05.

Why are people panicing?
because for the umteenth time Rufus apparently has proven he doesn't know squat...maybe it's finally sinking in. I am guessing sometime this week it hit him that he can not halt and reset a price. Therefore, his only option to save face was this dividend/fs. Will he come through with this? and will there be any lock up period on the shares? we shall see...
