I'm the man who said market cap matters, excessive fearful dumping set this up, forget shorts imo as always overblown.

The company still needs money so issues remain. It is impossible to give an accurate guess on offering with this kind of volatility.

Likely offering will be $1.50 on the low side, which makes my target over time $7.50 on the low side.
