IBII/.0013>>>>saw that filing, in fact just read it in its entirety; two possible scenarios as I see it 1)IBII is engaged in a calculated dilution of shares with the view that they'll just split them again when the float becomes a bloat(ed) pig again....lol; or 2)per the filing, they're using the shares to retain key personnel to effect a merger, acquisition, and/or start-up of a new business area
.....to be preceded by approval of the much talked about mega loan
.....on Fri, share price started to move up a little, anxious to see if this is the start of another run, with news soon to follow (if so, maybe those key personnel will hold their shares for a much bigger reward!)
