It couldn't be any clearer. Read this:

In POSSESSION. Not that the AF's will be completed as in past PRs. Looks like they are done and stamped. Petar just needs to get it and Petar left the end of the week to get it. Maybe he needs a weekend to read it over. In any case, we will get it by early next week imo.
