If they go forward with expansion via partnerships then I wouldn't see much need for dilution.

DIGP seems to want to pay the bills and make some profit while compiling their crown jewel: the database. I don't believe they are in it to become the highest revenue generating marijuana testing company, they are getting paid while gathering data. The CEO gives this impression in the conference calls. Hopefully the data will lead to discoveries to benefit people with all kids of health conditions. And hopefully the data will generate revenue :)
