One of the most confusing stocks I follow. I say follow because this thing is unownable right now. The shares are either worth north of $5 or less than 25 cents - and no one knows which is right given the current information available. They are a cash poor company with almost zero revenue and no way to increase revenue without a capital raise to be able to build out production capacity and inventory. But a capital raise will be destructive to shareholder value because shares will have to be offered so far below market value to attract new investors. I guess they could go the toxic debt route but again destructive to shareholder value. If management (which there is none at the moment) could find a way to push out payables they may be able to navigate to some revenue growth but that assumes there is demand. We really need a shareholder update from the company on current happenings and what the plan is to remain a viable AMEX listed company with any value at all.
