agreed PENNY IS NOT AN END HERE, ITS JUST THE BEGINNING IMHO

to uplist these guys need to be able to be over a penny for at least 30days

however, the need to be over a penny is the weakest reason to be over the penny,

the stronger reason is the Share structure, the UPLIST, NO DEBT, NO TOXIC FINANCING, FDA Approval on the brink, additional acquisitions, future share reductions, and current business revenue projections that can mount toward the 100million range.....

imo .01 is wayyyyy undervalued here from the DD that I can see
