"being patient" has cost me a lot of money in the OTC over the past 25 years (granted, I've also made some huge gains in other stocks by "being patient").

"being patient" has resulted in a quick 40-50% loss plenty of times.

And "being patient" has resulted in being up 50% on a stock, not pulling the trigger fast enough, and watching all that gain go away in minutes and it actually turning into a losing position.

so I'm trade with a bit more "gun shy" now than I did in the past. When I see a decent run stall out and constant selling into the bid, it makes me wonder if the run is over. someone seems mighty content on selling every minute into the 0019s today.

i'm comfortable giving up 1 or 2 ticks to protect my trade, then using that money to tear down loading walls.
