Just got off phone with Investor Relations:

Phone: 844-565-5665



LAM is not done. They cannot find a broker to finish the dilution.

Me: "Well, do they have plans on changing name or anything soon? "

IR guy: "Yes, but step 1 is finding a way to deal with LAM first. "


Truly might be sitting on this for a long time.





We all know/assume/think LAMs not done!...


No need to make up a story/assumptions LOL
