Wow guys the world isn't ending. If you believed in them before the price dropped what actually changed?

Pick up your skirts and double down.

It takes weeks to open a new store not months. Many businesses close on a property either rent or purchase and start heading to grand opening next day.

Lots of businesses will open same month as 1st month to help defer cost of property. Grand opening is usually done with speed to offset that 1st months bill.

I'm taking advantage of the panic selling. Panic = Money
