He couldn't tell me. He just said where the stock is under a penny, they no longer can find a broker to finish the dilution.

I imagine this has to do with the hoopla about BMIC and Alpine a month or so ago.


If I had to guess, the exact number of shares that reduced, 285,660,000 were what was returned for LAM dilution until they can find someone to do it.
