Seems like every stock I have ever owned that reverse splits in an attempt to avoid delisting ends up in disaster. I lose shares, the value only temporarily goes up and then plumbers tremendously over time if nothing internally changes. I still have a few sucks I can't get rid of because of that. One stock had reverse split more than once.
