Yes because it's a low level Chinese agricultural scam.

They take in loans for themselves and pay the loans with stock.

All the stuff you read in the reports is just distraction to make you believe there is something going on. There isn't. Tony has never been commercially farming. They never had the wins they claimed. They have no assets. This dilution now should prove it to everybody. If it doesn't then it's huge denial of the real world.
