Critiria
Film
Maximum production budget $2,500,000. This does not include distribution or marketing costs.
Must be 100% shot and produced in Colombia.
Either Spanish or English
Our partner must invest some amount of equity, combination of time and cash preferable.
The Transaction

We are an equity lender in the production.
Circa Pictures will retain majority ownership of movie, final percentage will be determined based on budget and initial returns.
