That's not the way I read it. I read the Beacon Falls energy Park is submitting the entire project separate from Fuel Cell Energy. And they're submitting it as a combined power project because there's no cap on CHP. I didn't know it was a CHP in the first place but that's what it was submitted as. Must read the link I just posted prior to this post. Politics has a lot to do with it in fuel cell is having a meeting with politicians in Connecticut tomorrow to discuss the rfps and advocate for themselves. There to politicians I'm bored with them advocating for them.
