"Always remember this. Investors are underestimating the value of KBLB in a potential buyout situation"

quite the opposite...many are doing exactly what you are doing...thinking of kblb like your house or your car because of all the time you have invested here...everyone over estimates the value of their homes and cars..its an emotional thing..

"This is a company which will disrupt every major industry"

in time...a lot of time..

"How much is that worth?"

all you would have to do is look at the pps once you are there...then you will know..but the likelihood is that kblb will be sold way before they get there...so the reality is, it doesn't matter what anyone thinks it is worth under those circumstances..

"It is worth a lot more than folks are anticipating."

nope..the opposite..

"If you look at anticipation of future value and growthKBLB is worth a lot regardless of the outstanding shares."

and there you have it...the o/s have a huge impact on how it will be valued...it is NEVER something to disregard..

"anticipation of future value"?...there are some aspects of future value that come into play...but I assure you, no one is going to pay for your hopes and dreams of "future value"...

"Now that the company is approaching earnings"

kblb is approaching earnings?..lol...yesterday they weren't...but today they are?...
wow...that was quick..lol

"It seems that the Army is currently funding the company"

you mean kim is living off the army grant or the army is funding the company?...and yes, there is a difference..

"At some point, in my humble opinion, a buyout is coming. I am hoping iit surprises all of us."

oh, I suspect you will indeed be shocked..

I cant remember if I have ever seen a company bought out for multiples of the current pps...the buy is usually a percentage of the current pps..10% to 50%...

take a look at companies that have been bought out and look at the price paid...take a look at sprint..t-mobile's offer is for $26.5 bil..sprint earlier this year was at $9 per share..recently they fluctuated between 5-6 per share..they jumped to about 6.50 after the buyout agreement..they are now 5.21..

the reality is, kblb will be bought out for about 40% of whatever the pps is at the time....anyone who thinks kblb is worth 10 bucks per share in a buyout, better hope it is around 7 bucks a share when then offer comes...

future value, good will, hopes and dreams come out to around 40% of the current pps...that's it..thats how it works...like it or not..
