Contingent Liability
On April 27, 2018 the Company located a judgement dated August 8, 2016 against six Defendants including CJT Financial Inc. CJT Financial Inc., is the predecessor company to Gold and Silver Mining of Nevada, Inc. The amount of the judgement including costs is $4,423,910. An appeal was filed on November 9, 2016 by the previous management. The Company does not expect this judgement to affect Rainmaker however, the appeal is ongoing and the outcome is currently not determinable.
