A major mistake was possibly made years ago regarding atm approach. Don't know if so who made the mistake.

I think likely best case scenario is offering holders and delcath would both like to just get a big number done.

After that if they are able to introduce atm, a press release saying enough cash to last perhaps in 2019 plus an atm will be implemented so the company can go forward without any anticipated financings.
