The book value doesnt matter when outstanding shares increases all the time.

The book value of your shares has taken a serious hit the last years

Book value of your shares vs book value of SIAF is two totally different things..

Even if book value of siaf stayed the same, your book value would go down alot.

Your future earnings feom siaf and tri-way are down dramatically..

Of course if you buy more at these levels you can withstand, but the return on the shares we buy is still a loss to this date..
