Real, we will never see money. IMO the plan is that the money in TRW will, by some excuses, be converted into shares so that SIAF get 50-100% of TRW. Then all cash must go to grow TRW, and when it's all done there will be a prawn disease so everything is sold by loss.

An alternative version is that the dillution history will repeat in TRW. Can we even see this being traded at Hong Kong? Or was it King Kong?
