There is no such thing as a merger partner rumor.

That would be something you yourself created.

Edge is winding down their business operations.

They are terminating 90% of their workforce. Doctors, Scientists, managerial and general staff - all receiving severance packages.

Edge is trying to conserve it's remaining cash but no longer will be conducting clinical research.

There is no merger.

There is nothing to merge into.
