Looks like the whole mmex very very very very ver close to getting the mmex "refinery" done is still actually and factually VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY ( i used 5 FULL verys ) far away. Wow, for a project that is supposedly this close to announcing financing, the market and PPS does not support it! Dang, will mmex have to give back that "gifted ford truck"? Things that make you go hmmmm!
