There was never any confirmation from Aersale of a signed agreement or completion of the XTRA sale by April 30. It was simply announced in March that they entered negotiations and "expects to select a buyer for XTRA Airways before the end of April 2018."

Then the $50M lawsuit was announced shortly after and things got quiet.

And never has there been any hint or representations to indicate that BLTA was any part of this transaction.

Xtra airways, what happened to the April award ceremony? Does this speak to a potential money bag co like World not being in? Is the lawsuit the obstacle? Or is BLTA in and trying to get it done needing more time? Imo if there were multiple bids one would have been selected in April.
