Same as the last 10. Only took me 4 years to figure it out.

I'm guessing Brian is caught in between a rock and a hard place.

He's probably not interested anymore (nor knows how) in running a public company.

Doesn't have the money to do a buy back and go private and doesn't produce enough revenue to take anything to the next level (Audited Financials, Marketing/PR, Investor Relations, etc.)

I'm also guessing any money made from the CCGI/BLNK settlement goes back into the company (jeez they need new trucks), pays off cost of lawsuit (yes, I'm sure there is more owed to someone(s) other than 'noted' in fins), pays himself, finally) and goes about the electrical contractor business.

Too bad, this 'thing' had a bunch of potential.

(One thing though, he is not a greedy lying bastard it would seem)
