I don't think people want a CEO that holds hands, but a CEO that isn't corrupt and/or inept, and is transparent enough to show they are up to the task of successfully building a company. I don't think that is too much to ask as a SH of a CEO. Ballas has yet to prove his abilities to be such a person. The new IR may be the first step to bridging the gap that exists with SH and mgt, but that remains to be seen.
