Whats odd is the company made material statements last year we would get the TRW dividend

This is where Solomon screwed up big time (the first time). And now they actually admit that they can (i.e could) distribute 2/3 of that dividend after all...

Since Solomon chose to dilute the crap out of us (ECAB and then Garret) after they were supposed to distribute the TRW-dividend, it is only fair that he has to reduce his dividend-shares in TRW to compensate (so that we get the number of TRW-shares that we should have gotten).

Now the question is; is this achievable? (I fear the solution will be the other way around, he dilutes the crap out of us instead)
