It shuts a lot of people up.

...people saying george was diluting for cash (hes not), people saying maxim was dumping (which they cant), people saying the company is acquiring more and more debt (which they showed they cut liabilities in half), people saying they were desperate for cash just globbing on convertibles (they have 100k in short term borrowings and will receive up to 1 mill across a give time frame).

it showed the big sell off occurred out of irrational panic from retail sellers and not from the company trying to pull a fast one on the investors.

it showed responsible financial status, no taking on notes or garbage that they dont need or can hurt share holders.

so far, everything is coming together as expected
