They are going to lock up the float before they let this go. Something similar happened with MMEX. It broke a penny and then traded in the .003-.0045 range for about a month and then it all of a sudden exploded to .05. RARS float is 10x less than MMEX was so this should break soon.

Patience will pay off big time here. Any news of a merger will send this to .05-.10 in a few days.
