I was yelling buy buy buy like that but job Jim Cramer under a penny last month..... considering the very positive progress being made I'm still screaming Buy but under .025. , Obviously consider the speculation, as well as the reward. Tell your friends to buy some high risk/ extreme reward for their portfolio too. As the days go by this becomes less high risk and just medium risk in my opinion.
The ph senate met last week to discuss advise on how to set up the legal framework for fast approval. It's moving faster than they've ever moved something in the philipines before with a strong desire to just get the damn thing done asap.
