It's possible that the company could be sold for $8 PPS, give or take; we just have to remember that the number of outstanding shares will soon increase and the MC along with it, though I feel quite comfortable having the maximum number that can be issued and outstanding at 15M.

The last company where I saw Lincoln Park Capital connected to, and was deeply invested in it for years before I parted ways, ended up selling for 379M, or 8.50 a share. Lincoln Park had given them a 30M credit facility to work with, which is needed for a lot of biotech companies as clinical trials aren't cheap.
