$ ONCI. The .004 to .005 will do many good things for ONCI and the .0035 to .0039 is already proving that. It gets rid of the (4) as its harder to turn a small profit at the .004 area and why there is always yelling about the teens so the best way to be rid of the 4 is to keep the pp,s Up and the 4 have to move on because the 4 dont have the funds to flip with. Holding and Adding will get rid of the 4 Steve is trying to get rid of and if Steve deals with it right the 4 will go to jail anyway IMO. Bar Chart back to 40% BUY and it want take much to go over the 50% & on to 100% BUY.
