I use lettuce... lots of raw spinach, raw broccoli, hard-boiled eggs, cheese....even English peas, mixed with mayo and a little bit of vinegar and olive oil.

BTW, I'm always reading about how much cheaper medicines and medical supplies are in Canada. I just looked at the Ketostix kit I have on hand (expired)...the cost was $11.02. Expensive, I think.
