wondering how to evaluate the buy on HTBX

what if they come in with an offering price of $1?

it was trading there for a bit

how do we know?


I am not good at trying to catch falling knives or trying to find a bottom
I would rather pay more on the way up, then hope to grab some cheapies on the way down
