I would rather have my carbs elsewhere ie as munchies in pecans or in strawberries. You would be surprised how quickly you get to 20 grams of carbs. We actually found some munchies that are zero carbs...pork rinds...and they come in a prok puff that looks like a cheese puff. zero carbs...we put egg salad or tuna salad on them
