Most micro cap biotech just dilute owners to death.

That might be putting the cart before the horse though undoubtedly some fraudulent corporations are set up only to sell shares with no intention of realizing a corporate profit.

The current unhinged resistance to dilution defined only as increased share count is destroying quite viable small corporations while most of the dumbos continue to - umm, aah - dilute.
