Good ole jack and his "shareholder letter" alluding to a term sheet to sell more shares just isn't quite working. More toxic dumping is occurring even with the so called financing as a suppository "around the corner". Wow, still falling even soooo close to the deadline. No-one is gonna buy this POS until mmex actually does something meaningful.
