Your other questions were pretty good too, especially #3.

I doubt the idea being floated that there is going to be some kind of merger with Tyche, for example. I hold to the notion that these venture capitalists set up each entity according to the idea that each serves a slightly different purpose. Tyche has plainly told us they are a land bank, for example. BIGN and WW have NOT said they are the land bank. BIGN seems to be the vehicle through which licensing & JV agreements are done, along with owning minerals & some production. So, I look for more of this multicompany stuff. Who knows whether these separarate entities are set up to avoid certain kinds of taxes. All that kind of speculation is too oblique for the moment. Even so, everybody is entitled to draw their own corporate infrastructure picture. As for me, I would be surprised to see Tyche, which was just spun out of BIGN, get reunited. But who knows.... which, as you say, is the real problem.... lack of transparency.
