Each annual report details the reliance upon on Richmont for guidance and expertise.

At what point should the board of directors moved to end the relationship between Richmont and JRJR?

Given the results the company was seeing, the fees paid to Richmont were not producing any positive results for share holders.

The Richmont payments should have been based on RESULTS.

If JRJR was in fact totally independent from a corporate standpoint from Richmont than the board should have made the move to end the deal.
