Yeah...but it makes sense. It's all about the border...and has been for the last six Months. I didn't realize that it was still a "major" problem in the beginning of April.

But..I am building here... due to the recent change at the border...and among other things....this:

If trucks jam at Gashuunsukhait border checkpoint is resolved and coal transportation resumes running normal, the company is able to double its operation. China imports rebounded in March...and given the recent addition of another gate and the deal MMC made....I feel this is the time.
