Hey Nosey -

Check several of my posts this past weekend. I all but did backflips saying WOW when wave figured it out. I even called myself a bonehead for having assumed it was a US/California company. It the Royal he found in Canada. So, my bad (actually not all that bad because I at least had the nerve to dare to be wrong in hopes of getting some of the geniuses out there to thinking and digging).

My basic thought was that the ancient Royal PR had to be a fulcrum point that had long been overlooked in everybody's thinking... So, you know, follow the money.. that kind of thing. I was never comfortable with the funding coming from the filling station company (California's privately held Royal Petroleum), so I incorrectly deduced that there must have been a misspelling in the PR, especially when I read the PDF about Royalle being in Grimes bigtime.

So, I've done the happy dance now that wave has dug up his info. It the Canadian Royal he found. Thats where I stand now. For months leading up to when I finally posted something, I was never satisfied that the financing PR had just kind of dropped off the edge of the earth. I had a theory that proved to be wrong but it got everybody thinking and that was what I was hoping for. Now, somebody took the ball and ran with it and we are all better off because of it. Anyway, I no longer hold to the theory I posited.
