That may be your problem, Monroe...we do NOT know the company is actively seeking a deal or if something is in the works.

November 30, 2017 shareholder letter from Tony:
We are keen on moving in a direction which will expedite the generation of revenue and profitability for this company, and continue to explore the existing opportunities which will allow us to do so. Our Board of Directors met yesterday and unanimously decided to move forward with our revised approach. Due to the confidentiality of the relevant parties, we cannot go into more detail at this time.


Nothing in that statement says anything is "in the works", nor they are "actively seeking a deal". It says they continue to explore. The board unanimously decided to move forward with them to explore the existing opportunities to move in a different direction.

Let's be clear...they've been exploring opportunities since 1989. After each failure, they explore new failures and mislead and lie to the shareholders.

And, frankly, that whole letter is suspect because he also said the 2015 and 2016 audits were done as of November 30, 2017:
For the past year, we have aggressively tackled several issues that the company inherited from the previous management teams, including but not limited to, the unexpected liabilities that we have previously reported. Keeping this in mind, the company has nonetheless been able to complete the 2015 and 2016 audits which we are striving to release soon...

Keep up the spin, though.

Is it not a possibility? Not the same as a hint. The likelihood is anyone's opinion. We do know the company is actively seeking a deal. Whether Xtra or some other... something is in the works.
