This is spot on!

You are my favorite person on this forum nowadays.

They are removing ownership from current holders by starving siaf..

Siaf lends tri-way more money and do it by issuing shares and making crappy deals which removes values from current holders.. what difference does it make when tri-way do decide to pay back the loans when solomon and co are the ones getting paid.

This is not in the best interest of TODAYS shareholders and will result in a giant lawsuit.

Dividends means nothing if Solomon and co are the only one getting paid.

Count me in when the lawsuit is on the table..
