Recommendation for those analyzing the OTC

Don't analyze the OTC. Nothing in the OTC makes sense. You can try to form a correlation between a dropping PPS and toxic debt or bad PRs, but there are a handful of other stocks that are completely worthless and seem to have better retention and less variance between MACD indicators. We have no control what-so-ever. Same thing that happened at .06, they waited till the most inopportune moment to lift the PPS, when no one was looking.
