Can you please explain how any one is manipulating the share price other than the company itself? They announced an offering where they are seeking $12.5mil from the initial units and a total of $26mil assuming all warrants get exercised.....the company’s market cap heading into this was $5mil? You’re talking about 150-420% dilution to shareholders off just this one offering. But yet the shorts are to blame for the price going down? Sure lol

$2.3mil in cash? Well they have to pay Sonny back 2.5mil in July, so no they don’t have cash to survive past July so they needed a big raise, which is what I have been saying for 6 months.

Again the shorts were claimed to be spreading lies when we talked about price adjusted warrants, dilution, a reverse split, declining revenues, and CFDA not happening. Who was telling the truth and who was smearing to block the truth from coming to light.
