So, please correct me if am am wrong. Gap fill = approx. 50% retrace down to about 261?

I'm coming back from a dark place and just trying to learn all I can after multiple minor surgeries with different antibiotics and pain meds after. Creates leaky gut syndrome and brain fog. Tough to bounce back from at 65. Be very aware of any of them given to you and always question the overkill antibiotics like Ciprofloxan (sp?) Never let them give that to you unless it's life or death. Making $ is great but if you don't have your health you will throw the money out the window to get it back. Here are a couple of videos everyone that wants to keep their heath should watch. Dr. Bergman is damn good at what he does and he has many videos that are free on Youtube.

And this is just a short one by Dr. Axe on repairing it. Actually over the counter meds (like Tylenol) are even worse, they kill many/year.

I hope it is OK to share this here as good health is important. Folks can either watch them or not.
