So is this record certifiable and are they held ACCOUNTABLE for errors or omissions? At least to the Chinese Government??, but therein maybe the Achilles Heal... How much inside graft and favors there must be within such a Communistic Machine? As to the discovery of false info and recovery of monetary losses where this falls out I do not know, but I do know it's not good. Yet because it's consumed so many millions I would assume it to be somewhat medium to high up there. If they were to go to such an extent and over such a time and not be discovered and dealt with, then there's little to nothing within such documentation at the bureau that can relied upon by any outsiders and therefore most everything would/will be highly suspect and deemed the lesser or nothing at all, until proven in a substantive tangible way or manner. Yes, I have personally been victimized by several of these frauds and have suffered terribly. It's cost me not only a large chunk of a lifetime of work and savings, but also my dignity and self respect. I've lost much and need to gain some of it back. Throughout all this trouble I've gained a real good lesson thru the school of hard knocks in just how cruel and evil man can be, in which I wouldn't have known without such terror. Today I try going forward with cautious optimism yet a light spirit, but I hesitate often and need to check and verify before i get too excited about anything. I;ve never been able to do that with a Chinese company... But truly how in high hell can one really know that it's real without going there themselves and verifying the true books and records, and squeezing the charmin? Big Four Accounting Firm did Audited Reports and they themselves were conned. Yet today all that I have remaining to rely upon are those who seem to be credible by their persona and nature on this board and in a group of which I'm a member... and hopefully these credible individuals haven't had a go at the kool aid. Again, I ask myself why are so many in society so driven by such unbridled greed, wealth and fame? Why is it that money itself is more valuable than a good persons heart, soul and spirit. Humans shouldn't be disposable, often more so than a 5 cent recycled bottle/can return.
