Why does everyone believe the lawsuit dictates the financials? I would agree based on an acquisition, but that's it. Their not holding back because of the suit. If that was the case they would not tweet all their sells to the judge and Taub and the world.. If they were concerned they would have never tweeted sells.. Plus, if financials were an issue the judge could subpoena financials.. As for the lawsuit delay, that's a great thing and huge advantage to ARYC. Nothing has changed, except some wanting cheaper shares.
